Plastic Mould R& D Capacity:

Company owns German, Japan, Taiwan high-precision high-speed machining centers, high-end EDM, wire cutting, CNC lathes, precision craft grinders and inspection centers.

Plant apply 6S standard management system: "SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE, SECURITY", and promote "kaizen" spirit! The plastic molds machining procedures are reasonably arranged, and step-by-step tracking can be achieved and whole timetable can be strictly timely controlled. And the plastic molds machining accuracy reduces manual mold matching work. We try to make every molds with less manual mold fitting works, to make the design drawings correspond to the mold machining data, all the mould dimensions is consistent, traceable and copyable.
